We strongly recommend wearing comfortable clothing and hiking shoes (mandatory). Sunscreen and bug repellent are also suggested.
 
Restrictions
This tour is not wheelchair accessible and cannot accommodate motorized scooters, collapsible wheelchairs, strollers, luggage, or walkers. Guests must be able to enter and exit the vehicle independently, without assistance.

Participants should be prepared to walk on various terrain types, including even and uneven paths, dirt trails, rocky areas, uphill and downhill sections, and surfaces that may be wet, muddy, or slippery. Certain areas may require guests to slide on their seats or use ropes for support.

This tour involves a significant amount of walking and hiking, and is not recommended for guests with mobility limitations or certain disabilities. There are ropes installed for support along challenging parts of the trail and safety barriers near viewpoints to prevent missteps.

A brief 2-minute safety talk is conducted at the start of the hike. All guests are required to sign a mandatory waiver upon meeting the guide.

Guests should pace themselves and inform a guide immediately if they experience light-headedness or shortness of breath. The guides carry emergency and safety equipment, including an AED and first aid kits. One guide leads the group while another stays at the back to ensure no one is left behind. All guides are certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED response (Emergency First Response certified).

The minimum age to participate is 8 years old. Children must meet all physical requirements. Consumption of alcohol before the hike is strictly prohibited, and the operator reserves the right to deny participation to anyone under the influence.
